Whilst we strive to minimise unexpected equipment failures through planned maintenance, proactive elimination of potential problems and close monitoring of the wear state of your lifting equipment sometimes they still occur.
Generally, well maintained equipment fails because of operator misuse or inattention to the task in hand. You cannot foresee when this is likely to happen, however; you can react in an effective and timely manner.
With this in mind our vehicles carry a range of the most common electrical components at the root of unexpected failure and a comprehensive range of tooling so that when called upon we can get you going again with the least disruption possible.
Obviously where mechanical damage occurs it would be misleading to say that we have parts to cover those problems because we don’t have a fully stocked parts department for every type and make of machinery.
Should equipment suffer mechanical failure or damage our first course of action is
to make repairs where possible using our on board equipment. Or, if not possible
then obtain parts from OEM’s and for legacy equipment have damaged parts either re-
